Terms and Conditions for Casa Carpedm

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Casa Carpedm (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Reservations

  • Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation.
  • Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation policies and refund details are provided during the booking process.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: Our standard check-in time is 2:00 pm. Early check-in may be subject to availability.
  • Check-Out: Check-out is by 11:30 a.m. Late check-out may be available, subject to additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Identification: Guests are required to provide valid identification upon check-in, such as a passport or government-issued ID.
  • Conduct: We expect all guests to respect fellow guests and our property. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies.

5. Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash, Credit Card And Paypal.
  • Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for extra services, damage, or breach of policies.

6. Privacy and Security

  • We take the privacy and security of your information seriously. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Changes and Cancellations

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide alternatives or refunds.

We have a 72-hour cancellation policy, which means you can cancel without penalty three days before your arrival. If the booking is canceled after this time, you are subject to a penalty charge equivalent to the first or only night of your stay. 

If you have made your reservation through a booking platform (Booking.com, Hostelworld, TripAdvisor), cancellation policies might change. Please make sure you read carefully the Cancellation Policies section

For all reservations, we require a deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is equivalent to the first night of your stay.

8. Liability and Disclaimers

  • We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
  • Casa Carpedm is your safest haven in Quito, Ecuador. We prioritize your security with state-of-the-art surveillance systems. Peace of mind is guaranteed.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quito Ecuador .
